A Photo-Rich Website and SEO for Lind Marine Increased Their Search Visibility
Lind Marine has proudly provided dredge, barge and tug services throughout the San Francisco Bay and Delta, and the Sacramento and San Joaquin Rivers, since 1924. Family owned and operated, Lind Marine specializes in handling and moving bulk materials, dredging projects of any size and marine environmental remediation.
More visibility with search engines
The company’s current website was dated, and lacked search engine optimization. Lind Marine wanted more visibility with search engines as well as a photo-rich website that showcased their services.
This project was a collaboration with graphic design and website development firm Wavemaker Media.
After the website was complete, Lind Marine was on page 1 of Google for the following terms, among others:

One of the ideas we implemented on this website was real-life examples of their work. For instance, in 2014, Lind Marine provided demolition services for a partly sunken Hornblower Cruises barge located in the Berkeley Marina. This remediation project involved a floating debris boom to contain any debris. Photos and content told the story.
